The FAA's Broad Information Technology and Telecommunications Support Services (BITS) II is a 10 year IDIQ contract providing comprehensive Information Technology (IT) technical support services. BITS II are is intended to support the complete spectrum of administrative, management, and operational Telecommunication and IT related requirements of the FAA and other Federal agencies
