ATSA, Inc. is a follow-on to John M. Howard Enterprises which was established in February 1991 to provide aeronautical technology consultant services. Since its founding in 1991, ATSA, Inc. has consistently provided quality service. We were certified with the SBA 8(a) Program in November 1993. Expansion continued in 1995 with the acquisition of Jordan DeLaurenti (J-DL), Inc. We continue to expand through selective teaming with other companies, new contract acquisitions and contract renewals.
