ATSA, Inc. is a follow-on to John M. Howard Enterprises which was established in February 1991 to provide aeronautical technology consultant services. Since its founding in 1991, ATSA, Inc. has consistently provided quality service. We were certified with the SBA 8(a) Program in November 1993. Expansion continued in 1995 with the acquisition of Jordan DeLaurenti (J-DL), Inc. We continue to expand through selective teaming with other companies, new contract acquisitions and contract renewals.

Our corporate headquarters are located in the First Oklahoma Bank building in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This location, at the intersection of I-40 and Meridian Avenue, provides easy and rapid access to all parts of the Oklahoma City metropolitan area, Tinker Air Force Base, the FAA Mike Monroney Aeronautical Center and is only three miles from the Will Rogers World Airport. Our modern facilities include approximately 5,000 square feet of office space. ATSA, Inc. also has offices in the Fort Sill Army Post (Oklahoma), and operating locations at Fort Hood (Texas), Beale Air Force Base (California), Scott Air Force Base (Illinois) and Ft. Knox, (Kentucky).
