	Aero Tech Service Associates (ATSA), Inc. provides skilled personnel to 
	(a) develop and maintain the Telephone Information System; (b) manage and 
	operate the telephone, video-conferencing, data, and voice networks; (c) 
	troubleshooting of local and wide area network (LAN/WAN) connectivity; (d) 
	installation, configuration, and maintenance of SNA gateways as well as 
	restoring, repairing lines (fiber-optic and copper), cable or equipment; and 
	(e) technical management of communication software and hardware 
	configurations.
	
	We provide problem determination and resolution of the IT infrastructure 
	(i.e. firewalls, routers, hubs, and switches), connecting buildings 
	campus-wide, security access circuitry, FTS and local dial, and telephone 
	switch trunking.
